Lake Park Elevator Disposal Estimates

Becker County waits on hazardous materials testing for Lake Park elevator.

The initial disposal estimates range from $12,000 to $14,000.

Hazardous Material test are expected to come back mid–next week.

If results are positive, materials will be disposed at North Dakota’s Gwinner Landfill and cost slightly more.

Otherwise, materials will be disposed in Becker County.

The cause of the Lake Park elevator is still unknown.
