MSUM Students Learn About Global Innovation
MSUM students learn about what it takes to do business in China and Latin America.
The School of Business held a day of panels on business innovation and energy in the countries.
Visiting professors from China talked about their country’s public policy and economics which play a big role on business opportunities between the U.S. and China.
Students also heard from a visiting Professor of Energy Policy from Harvard.
Business & Innovation Dean Marsha Weber says, “We just have a strong international business program at MSUM and this is one way that we can showcase it in the business community and get our students to think globally and understand that when they do go to work they will probably be working for a company that does business overseas.”
Panelists from the North Dakota Trade Office and area manufacturing companies also taking part.
