Fargo Public Library Kicks Off National Library Week!
We all know the importance of a good laugh, and that’s exactly how the Fargo Public Library kicked off National Library Week.
The library hosted a laugh out loud story book reading, and craft event at the Northport branch.
The event is one of many that the library will be hosting all week long.
Organizers say it’s a way for people in the community to enjoy the library in a different way.
“For families to engage with each other when they don’t get a chance to always do that because of busy schedules. Parents can come, grandparents can come, and they can sit down and do a craft together, and talk together because that’s really what it’s all about that time spent together,” said Amber Emery Children Services Coordinator for the Fargo Public District.
