VP Biden Headed to Duluth for Endorsement

A Minnesota congressman is getting some help from the vice president.

Joe Biden is expected to campaign in Duluth on Friday for 8th District U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan.

Nolan is seeking re-election to congress.

Biden will also encourage people to vote for Hillary Clinton for president.

His advance team is in Duluth now scouting locations for the campaign stop.
