Two Devils Lake Men Injured in Crash with Amtrak

A crash between a pickup and an Amtrak train sent two Devils Lake men to the hospital.

The Highway Patrol says the crash happened at an intersection in Ramsey County about 6:45 a.m.

The truck was torn in half when the train struck it in the rear on the passenger side about 7 miles west of Devils Lake.

The 62 and 67-year-old men inside were taken to a Grand Forks hospital with undisclosed injuries.

No one on the train was hurt.
