Cheney Middle School Staff Helping One of Their Own

After losing their West Fargo home to a fire in July, Cheney Middle School came together to help the Burdick family.
 
Jim Burdick is a 7th grade math teacher at Cheney.

Staff gave financial help in a free-will donation luncheon with pulled pork sandwiches, chicken and brownies.

All proceeds go directly to the family as they continue to recover from their loss.

“There’s been a large outpour in the community to support, and that’s kind of a neat thing about West Fargo, that neighbors and people know most everybody,” said Jim Burdick.
