Fargo Wins Yelp Bizzie Award

Yelp announces the top ten most customer friendly cities in America.

Fargo came in at number two behind Sandy Springs, Georgia.

The reviewing company gives out the Bizzie Award celebrating small businesses that go beyond to serve their customers.

Yelp takes a look at the different businesses’ proactive approaches to customer service and engagement on their website or app.

The award recognizes those who make the most out of the free service both online and off.

“There’s some larger companies on there like Scheels, I thank them simply because customer service is so much of their corporate philosophy. But I know there are a lot of small businesses. We’re here at the chamber very proud of the fact that 90% of the chamber membership are small businesses so we know a lot of them are on that list and we’re very proud of them, ” said Craig Whitney of the FMWF Chamber of Commerce.

This is the first year Bizzie Awards were given out.
