Senator Heitkamp Misses Roll Call Vote at DNC

Many people were left wondering where Senator Heidi Heitkamp was during roll call for the DNC.

In an official statement to KVRR, a spokesperson for Heitkamp said, “Sen. Heitkamp strongly supports Hillary Clinton for president. Sen. Heitkamp had previous commitments at the convention, including speaking at events focused on energy, rural America, and Native communities – all priorities for North Dakota.”
