Fargo Man Accused of Murder Back In Court

The man accused of killing a Fargo woman appeared in court this morning after failing to follow a plea deal in another case.

Landon Lauwagie failed to follow his plea deal to charges including disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

The judge sentenced Lauwagie to a domestic violence class to help him become less violent.

However, he did not attend the class.

He was sentenced to a maximum of 30 days for  the two misdemeanors .

Lauwagie is also charged with the murder of 40–year–old Cory Terlecky.

Her body was found in her townhouse in south Fargo in May.
