Ada Man Pleads Guilty In Moorhead Drive-By Shooting Case
An Ada man has pleaded guilty in a 2014 drive–by shooting case.
In a plea deal, 26–year–old Juan Martinez pleaded guilty to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit a drive–by shooting.
He initially faced attempted murder charges.
Police say Martinez shot at an SUV in north Moorhead and nearly hit the driver.
They say Martinez and the victim knew each other.
He is expected to get six years in prison when he is sentenced in May.
