Body Found In Locked Freezer

Authorities are investigating whether a Rapid City man kept the body of his mother so he could collect her Social Security checks.

They say Stewart Zebrowski died before his mother’s body was found last week inside a locked freezer.

Zebrowski moved to Rapid City in 2013 from Arkansas.

The sheriff’s office says preliminary autopsy results indicate Adele Zebrowski died of natural causes, but they’re not yet sure when she died.
