High Risk Sex Offender Has New Fargo Address

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Another high risk sex offender has a new address in Fargo.

Police say Steven Gibson is living at 123 15th Street North/Centre.

Gibson was convicted in 2016 in Burleigh County for child neglect and solicitation of gross sexual imposition.

The victim was known to him.

He will have to register for life.
