Prepare for Summer at Red River Valley Sportsmen’s Show

Locals can prepare for summer fun at the Red River Valley Sportsmen’s Show.

The show opens tonight at the Fargodome.

Around 200 exhibitors will show off everything from the latest boats, to fishing and hunting expeditions, to even ax throwing and log rolling.

Organizers say now is the time to prepare, so you can get right to it once summer hits.

Show producer Barry Cenaiko adds, “When you actually want to utilize your June/July/August, you want to buy that boat now. You want to buy that camper now so that in April and early May, that thing is in your driveway and you’re ready to have fun.”

The show is open through Sunday.

More than 20,000 people are expected to show up.
