Moorhead Burn Victim Suing Wahpeton Company
A Moorhead man who was severely burned at the Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative Sugar Beet Plant in Wahpeton is suing.
Zachary White was employed as an apprentice electrician for Moorhead Electric when the accident happened in November 2014.
Court documents say White was working near a tank of scalding hot water that overflowed; causing the water to pour over him and a co-worker.
White was burned on up to 49 percent of his body.
He is asking for damages of at least $75,000.
