Pint-Size Explorers Get Egg-Cited

The Red River Zoo is offering a class about discovering different types of eggs for young explorers.

The Pint-Size Explorers class will have kids learning about the eggs at the zoo, while crafting their own egg.

Explorers will get a chance to see how sturdy eggs really are by walking on top of them.

This is part of the zoo’s monthly fun educational activity offered to the public.

“It’s something educational for them and something fun, where they can come to the zoo and meet some of the animals and learn about the topic that we’re talking about that month,”says Red River Zoo Educational Program Manager Bryan Vasquez.

Explorers must be 4 to 6 years old to register.

The class is on Tuesday, March 1st.
