Sanford Health Giving Big for Concordia College
Sanford makes a big gift to make sure health care jobs stay in the metro.
Sanford health is supporting Concordia College’s integrated science complex renovation in a big way.
They’re matching up to ten percent of capital gifts up to a total of $3 million.
The $45 million dollar complex will update Ivers and Jones Science Center, including 19 teaching labs and 16 classrooms.
“We at Sanford health really do believe in investing in our communities and investing in the future of our health care workforce it doesn’t matter who you talk to in the healthcare industry today the number priority we have is workforce,” said Paul Richard, President of Fargo’s Sanford Health.
The gift is the largest corporate gift to date for the complex.
Fundraising is ongoing.
Construction will begin in April and should be finished by August next year.
