Flight Attendant Trial Delayed Until April
Another delay in the trial of a former flight attendant accused of making bomb threats.
Justin Cox–Sever’s North Dakota trial has been delayed until April.
He is accused of disrupting two SkyWest flights with bogus bomb threats while he was working.
He is also charged in Virginia.
Court documents show the Virginia case may be transferred to North Dakota.
A prosecutor says that would indicate a plea agreement or a change of plea might occur.
