Help Decide the Future of Fergus Falls
Leaders in Fergus Falls are turning to the community to help decide the future of the city.
City Council member Rod Spidahl has posted a survey online asking residents to rank what projects they think the city should tackle next.
So far, the most popular project is improving storefronts and facades downtown.
Other popular option are figuring out what to do with the iconic Kirkbride building, and how to make the Otter Tail River popular for recreation.
“It’s hard sometimes to get that level of engagement,” Spidahl says, “so I thought a SurveyMonkey instrument would be an excellent way to put a number of projects out and rank them.”
Spidahl plans to leave the survey open until March first.
