Fargo PD Wants You to Light it Up Blue

Fargo Police want everyone in the city to light it up in blue.

The goal is to show support for Officer Jason Moszer and his family.

Blue light bulbs will be available starting tomorrow at the Fargo Police Department downtown.

But people across the community are already changing out their bulbs.

Good Bulb has already sold more than 200 blue bulbs.

They’re selling them for five dollars each and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the Moszer family.

“I haven’t reached out to the family and I think that’s the best thing about our community here is I don’t necessarily need to have direct contact with them to feel their pain and what they’re going through. For me to reach out and us to do what we’re doing without any support, we really don’t need anybody’s support. We’re doing this for them,” says Good Bulb Sales Manager, Brian Hotten.

Good Bulb is available at Lightbulbs 247 at 4211 12th Avenue North in Fargo.

Fargo Police will give away the bulbs at no cost, but do ask for a free will donation.
