Fargo Woman Suing Walmart After Fall
A woman who says she was hurt from a fall at Walmart in Fargo is suing the company in federal court.
Stacy Knudson claims she suffered “excruciating pain” and permanent injuries from falling at Walmart along 52nd Avenue South.
The complaint says Knudson slipped and fell on a puddle of water near the store entrance the day after Christmas.
She is seeking damages in excess of $75,000.
Company officials have not commented.
