South Fargo Search Ends: Suspect Still Not In Custody
Officers were first called to the Grand Inn at around 11:30 a.m. Mon. on a report of a suspicious man.

FARGO (KVRR/KFGO) – Fargo police have called off an extensive ground search for a man wanted for violating a protection order.
Officers were first called to the Grand Inn at around 11:30 a.m. Mon. on a report of a suspicious man.
Sgt. Travis Moser says the man, who police have not identified, is known to law enforcement and has been armed in the past.
They search for the man was abandoned about 12:40 p.m., including a K9 Unit.
The man was with a woman who had sought the protection order.
A large number of officers in squad cars and on foot were looking for the man around 13th Ave. S between I-29 and 34th St and 35th St.
