Two Seriously Injured in Mudding Crash in Otter Tail County
The report from the Sheriff's Office says the driver of the off-highway vehicle ended up pinned underneath its roll bars.

OTTER TAIL COUNTY, MN – Two Fergus Falls residents are in the hospital with serious injuries following a rollover crash in an off-highway vehicle.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says the incident took place on private property just before 7:00 P.M. on April 18.
38-year-old Jeffrey Rutten was driving with passenger 29-year-old Jennifer Anderson when the OHV rolled, throwing both from the vehicle.
Rutten ended up pinned beneath the roll bars of the OHV.
Both sustained serious injuries and were transported to Lake Region Health in Fergus Falls for treatment.
