FARGO, ND — Fargo police want you to know about an address of a registered high risk sex offender.
Roger Mcavoy, 56, is living at 735 14th Street North in Fargo.
His five foot seven, weighs 150 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
Mcavoy was convicted in 1995 of sexual assault of two female victims ages 13 and 14 in Arapahoe County in Colorado.
He was also convicted in 1989 of gross sexual imposition of a female 12-year-old acquaintance in Burleigh County.
