Road Construction Headaches Looming for 13th Avenue in Fargo

This year won’t be the biggest road construction season Fargo’s seen but it will be busy and the work will have an impact on thousands of drivers.

One of the biggest projects and biggest headache areas will be on 13th Avenue South, in the West Acres area.

A stretch from 38th Street to 45th Street, will be re-constructed.

Officials say they will try to make the construction, “as painless as possible” for the twenty-five thousand to thirty-thousand vehicles that use the route daily.

The project will cost more than $8 million and should take six months to complete.
