Former SkyWest Flight Attendant Charged in North Dakota Facing More Troubles

A flight attendant accused of fabricating a bomb threat in North Dakota is now accused in a similar incident in Virginia.

Justin Cox-Sever, of Tempe, Arizona, is facing federal charges in a bogus bomb threat on a SkyWest Airlines flight on the East Coast last July that prompted the airplane to turn around mid-flight.

Cox-Sever also is charged in federal court in North Dakota with disrupting a SkyWest flight two months later, prompting a temporary shutdown of the Dickinson airport.

He has pleaded not guilty in that case and will go on trial next month.
