Glyndon Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Vulnerable Adult

A medical transport driver from Glyndon is accused of sexually assaulting a vulnerable adult.

Clay County prosecutors say 58-year-old Arden Pearson picked up a Dilworth woman for a medical appointment, strapped her to a gurney and kissed her on the cheek.

Court documents say Pearson transported the woman two additional times when she was kissed and fondled.

Pearson was employed by “Anytime Transportation” of Fargo.

If convicted, he faces up to a year in jail.
