Rochester Doctor Accused of Poisoning Pharmacist Wife to Death

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — Police in Rochester have arrested a former Mayo Clinic doctor for the poisoning death of his wife.
30-year-old Dr. Connor Bowman was arrested during a traffic stop in Rochester.
Bowman is accused of killing his 32-year-old wife, Betty, by using a combination of medications.
She was a pharmacist.
The investigation began in August when the medical examiner’s office determined that the death of the woman was suspicious.
Bowman is charged with second-degree murder.
The charge could be elevated to first-degree murder if the case is presented to a grand jury.
