Not Guilty Plea in Attempted Murder Case

A Fargo man pleads not guilty to attempted murder charges.

24-year-old Lloyd Johnson is one of three men accused of shooting up a Dilworth apartment on Halloween.

Court documents say the men tried to break into an apartment before shooting through the door.

No one was hurt.

A trial date for Johnson was set for February.

Mardale Johnson and Lenard Wells are also charged in the case.
