Change of Plea Hearing Set for Attempted Murder Suspect

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The trail for a Mapleton man charged with attempted murder has been called off and a change of plea hearing is set for December 11.

Kyle Quido was arrested in June after firing a gun at a woman during a dispute in Mapleton.

He ran on foot but was quickly caught and taken to the Cass County Jail.

Quido was also charged with terrorizing, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and refusal to halt.

No physical injuries resulted from the incident.
