GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) – A holiday classic is coming to the valley with a brand new twist.

The NUTCRACKER! Magical Christmas Ballet tour comes to Grand Forks on Saturday, November 25th.
This is the 31st annual North American tour of the show.
More than 40 professional dancers from over 15 countries come together to bring the Nutcracker tradition to life.
The people behind the show say it takes their full year to create their vision on stage.
That vision includes the Nutcracker story so many know and love, plus some new additions for this year.

Operations Manager Jocelyn Guelce says, “We have a second act that is a little bit unique to our show, ‘The Land of Peace and Harmony’. And this year we’ve got some new action-packed props. We have a new cyr wheel to the show so it’s gonna be a different experience for sure, a lot of fun.”

Showtime is 3 p.m. Saturday at the Chester Fritz Auditorium.
