Lend a Hand Up’s Holiday Hand Up campaign is in full force

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Lend a Hand Up is doing its part to help families in need this holiday season with its “Holiday Hand Up” campaign.

Donations made online now through December 15th are pooled, matched and distributed. They are given to families participating in this year’s holiday giving event.

You can also make a donation by cash or check to Lend a Hand Up at Dakota Medical Foundation in Fargo. Contributions cannot be designated to support a specific individual or family.

The director of Lend A Hand Up, Jeana Peinovich says the campaign is going well so far, “We are so pleased with the support of the community already.”

Peinovich also said, “We’re halfway through our Holiday hand Up campaign and we have some substantial funding that we are going to be able to provide more than 30 families a nice little holiday boost right before that christmas holiday”
