Man Boasts to be Biggest Fentanyl Dealer; Facing Life in Prison for Grand Forks Overdose Death
An Oregon man will plead guilty to selling drugs that led to several overdoses in North Dakota and other states.
Brandon Hubbard signed a deal that calls for him to plead guilty to three counts, including selling the powdered fentanyl that killed a Grand Forks man.
Hubbard faces life in prison without parole.
Of the 12 overdose victims in North Dakota, North Carolina and Oregon, four died and eight suffered serious injuries.
Hubbard allegedly told federal investigators he was perhaps the biggest powdered fentanyl dealer in the country.
