Fire destroys bar in Fingal, North Dakota

FINGAL, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A fire tears through a bar in Fingal, North Dakota.

Valley City and Fingal firefighters worked to put out the flames that started inside the Roadhouse Bar and Grill.

The town is southeast of Valley City.

The fire was reported shortly after 2 p.m.

According to social media posts, the owner, Brad Ertelt, got out okay but was burned in the fire.

The bar is a total loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
