Fargo Parole and Probation Office seeking high-risk sex offender

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) – The Fargo Parole and Probation Office is seeking a high-risk sex offender whose global positioning monitoring bracelet is not registering and no longer can be accounted for or located.

David Lilley, Jr, 38, is an American Indian male, 5’08”, 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His current whereabouts are unknown; however, his GPS bracelet was last pinged at Rivershore Drive South, in Moorhead, Minnesota.  Lilley is currently under supervision for Failure to Register twice.
