Robbery Suspect Cousins are Moved to Federal Court

Cousins charged in a shooting and robbery at Taco Johns in south Fargo in September are being moved from state to Federal court.

Calvin Brown and Rico Brown are each charged with three counts, including discharging a firearm in a violent crime.

Investigators say Rico was the lookout and Calvin drove the getaway car in the September robbery, which left a Taco John’s employee injured from a gunshot wound.

Three other men accused in the robbery are charged in Cass County court.
