Fessenden Man Dead After Being Thrown From His Tractor

***UPDATE*** Name released: Mitchell Lloyd, 60, Fessenden, N.D.

WELLS CO., N.D. (KVRR) — A 60-year-old Fessenden, North Dakota man is dead after being thrown from his tractor.

It happened around 9 o’clock this morning in Wells County, about 6 miles west of Cathay.

North Dakota Highway Patrol says the tractor left the roadway and entered the ditch, throwing the man.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His name has not yet been released.

The crash remains under investigation.
