NDHP Advises No Travel in Southeast North Dakota Due to Slick Roads, Numerous Jackknifed Semis

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Roads are slick in the southern Red River Valley.
North Dakota Highway Patrol and NDDOT issuing a No Travel Advisory for the southeast corner of the state that includes the cities of Fargo, Valley City and Wahpeton.
As of 7:30 p.m. they said there were reports of multiple jackknifed semis that may be blocking traffic.
