Man arrested for terrorizing in downtown Fargo
A Fargo man who was thought to have guns possibly was arrested Monday night in downtown Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KFGO/KVRR) – A Fargo man who was thought to have guns possibly was arrested Monday night in downtown Fargo.
Police say that shortly after 9:30, a caller reported seeing a man on top of a parking ramp in the 400 block of Broadway North.
Officers responded and formed a perimeter around the parking ramp, conducted a search of the ramp, and found the man with a BB handgun and a BB rifle. Both weapons are replicas designed to look like authentic firearms.
Police searched the parking ramp and didn’t find any other suspects.
Tyson Oka, 23, was arrested for terrorizing and booked into the Cass County Jail.
