Fargo man wanted for warrants arrested by Task Force , Metro Area Street Crimes Unit

FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) – The Cass County Drug Task Force made an arrest with assistance from the Metro Area Street Crimes unit Wednesday shortly before 1 p.m. in the 2200 block of 59th Avenue South in Fargo.

Robby Welcher, 26, of Fargo had outstanding arrest warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, fleeing in a motor vehicle, and a parole violation.

Welcher was taken into custody without incident.
