Moorhead Dairy Queen’s “Miracle Maker” event gives back to Sanford Children’s Hospital
MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — To celebrate 75 years in business, the Historic Moorhead Dairy Queen wants to raise $75,000.
It’s part of their Miracle Maker event that starts this week and runs through July 25th.
The money raised will go towards the Children’s Hospital at Sanford.
The store’s owners are challenging 75 people to purchase bundles of 100 small blizzard coupons for $550.
They say it’s a win for the participants, the ones who get the coupons and the kids at Sanford.
Owner Troy DeLeon says, “The main and most important part is the win for the kids because they are the ones that get the benefit and the families of the kids.”
The coupons do not have an expiration date and 100 percent of the money raised goes to Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo.
