Timberwolves win first playoff series since 2004; sweep Suns 4-0

PHOENIX, AZ (KVRR) – The Minnesota Timberwolves have won their first playoff series since 2004. The T-Wolves won Game 4 122-116 over the Phoenix Suns to get the 4-0 sweep in the first round.
Anthony Edwards was on fire throughout the game, leading Minnesota to a close win thanks to his play on both ends of the court. Ant led them with 40 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists.
The Suns were looking to avoid the sweep as Devin Booker scored 49 points while Kevin Durant chipped in 33.
The Timberwolves now await the winner of the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers series. Denver is leading that series 3-1.
