Large police presence in Moorhead leads to arrest

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A man is arrested in Moorhead for violating a protection order.

Police say 39-year-old Justin Plattner is prohibited from entering a home in the 1300 block of 6th Avenue North.

Before 4 p.m., a large police presence showed up.

After about 45 minutes of negotiating with Plattner over the phone, police took him into custody.

Plattner is being held in the Clay County Jail.
