Say Cheese! Closes To “Reinvent” The Space in West Fargo, Mac and Cheese Will Return

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Say Cheese! Mac & Melt Co. in West Fargo has closed, but don’t worry cheese lovers, it’s only temporary.

In a social media post, the operators say Say Cheese was closing effective June 3 so they can reinvent the space to better serve the needs and interests of the community.

They say the decision was not an easy one but they feel it is the right one due to the changing times.

They do say it’s going to be “unhinged”!

But don’t worry you’ll still be able to get your favorite Mac and Cheese when they reopen in a couple of months.

The restaurant first opened in the summer of 2021.
