Moorhead’s Altony’s Italian restaurant for sale

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) – A longtime Italian restaurant in Moorhead is apparently up for sale.

According to a social media post, Altony’s Neighborhood Italian Cafe can be acquired for $20,000.

“Anyone interested in taking over lease and buying the restaurant, it’s for sale $20 grand,” according to the post. “Ready to go, need your own license and utilities.”

No one answered the phone at Altony’s when we attempted to contact them for more information.

In 2022, Altony’s owner asked for help from the community through a GoFundMe account to keep the restaurant alive.

Altony’s began as a tiny restaurant in Dilworth. It is now in its third location on Holiday Drive in Moorhead.
