FARGO (KVRR) – Prosecutors say at this time, charges will not be filed in connection with a fatal stabbing in West Fargo.

Thirty-one-old Robyn Lee was arrested July 15 for the stabbing death of 38-year-old Alexander Anderson of West Fargo.

Police responded to an apartment in the 1400 block of 12th Street West for a medical emergency around 3:30 a.m. and found Anderson had been stabbed in the chest with a knife.

“The Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office has conducted a thorough review of the currently available evidence regarding the death…and is declining to file any criminal charges at this time,” according to a written statement.
