Missouri Man Arrested After Wrong Way Chase on I-29 From Traill County Into Cass County

CASS CO., N.D. (KVRR) — A Trail County Sheriff’s deputy chases a man driving the wrong way on I-29 for 12 miles before he stops.
They say 34-year-old Jerrid Klements of Lees Summit, Missouri was driving south in the northbound lane around 9:15 last night.
Klements eventually pulled into the median in Cass County.
He was arrested by North Dakota Highway Patrol for DUI with minors present and reckless endangerment.
Klements was also cited for no liability insurance, open container, driving the wrong way and registration violations.
He could face additional charges in Traill County.
Two kids in the vehicle at the time were unharmed.
