American Gold Gymnastics Get Inspired by Olympics

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — American Gold Gymnastics teams have been hard at work on their balancing, agility, and coordination.

From walking the beam, to the trampoline to cartwheels these gymnasts prep themselves every meet.

With the Olympics underway, many of these young athletes have take inspiration from watching gymnasts such as Simone Biles and Suni Lee.

By using their inspirational messages of the hard work of gymnasts, they put their mind to their own training.

“It’s always going to be hard but you just keep going. I think that’s really what it’s taught us through the men’s competition, to the women’s competition. They just keep trying harder and try to be their best and that’s what we want for our kids too is just to keep trying put your best effort and try to be the best that you can be,” said Marci Schuester with American Gold Gymnastics.

The team will be having a watch party tomorrow morning at 11 to cheer on the Women’s All-Around Final.
