Barber Accused of Shooting Fellow Barber in the Leg After Argument in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — Police are investigating a shooting at VIP Barber Shop and Salon in Fargo that left one man with an injury to his leg.
Just before 7 p.m. last night, witnesses say two barbers got into an argument.
One of the men shot the other in the leg.
They say the shooter called 911 to self-report the shooting and then ran away.
23-year-old Demarcos Rapley was found at his apartment in the 4000 block of 34th Avenue South and arrested for aggravated assault with a weapon and reckless endangerment.
The victim was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
