Police Looking For Man On Stolen Electric Scooter in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — Police in Grand Forks are looking for a man on a stolen electric scooter.

They say the man used a bolt cutter to cut the lock on the RAD scooter at Manke Family Dentistry on South Washington just before noon.

When the thief was confronted, he used the bolt cutter as a weapon and threatened to hit the man if he got any closer.

The suspect then took off on the scooter.

He is described as a white male in his early to mid 30s with grey shorts, a white tank top, white tennis shoes and he was wearing headphones.

He also has a tattoo on his right arm and possibly his left arm.
