Motorcycle Crash Injures Rider in Valley City and Results in DUI Charge

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KVRR) — A motorcycle rider from Valley City is facing DUI charges after crashing his bike Saturday night.

Highway Patrol says 27-year-old Torrey Morehouse wasn’t wearing a helmet when he lost control of his motorcycle and it came to rest on top of him in the 800 block of 14th Street Southwest in Valley City.

Morehouse has serious but non-life threatening injuries.

He was moved from the hospital in Valley City to Essentia in Fargo.

The crash remains under investigation.
